Trader (Individual Feed)

Responsibilities

• National and international buying and selling of individual feed
• Managing a trading book with P&L responsibility and hedging on commodity markets
• Intensive support of assigned customers and suppliers and proactive market development
• Close coordination and support of regional feed sales through market and price information
• Controlling goods flows in cooperation with logistics
• Proactive participation in trader meetings, international S&D meetings, and creation of market analyses
• Contract management in cooperation with goods disposition

Requirements

• Degree in economics, agricultural sciences, or completed commercial vocational training
• Several years of experience in feed or grain trading is an advantage
• Experience in creating market analyses
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Negotiation skills and a confident appearance
• Analytical thinking and proficiency in MS Office
• Good German and English skills
• Independent and highly motivated working style
