Responsibilities

• Monitor bets, manage prices, and assess customers within the Trading department
• Test new sportsbook features and trading models
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation within the Trading department
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to implement scalable betting experiences
• Ensure customer-centricity in all trading strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a quantitative or business field
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
• Ability to test sportsbook platforms and trading models
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first mentality
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for sports and understanding of fan entertainment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in similar trading or risk roles
