Trader Development Program Graduate

Responsibilities

• Participate in a fast-paced, competitive graduate program designed to develop essential energy trading competencies
• Complete multiple role rotations to gain hands-on experience in operations, risk, and analytics
• Engage in formal training sessions and receive direct mentoring and feedback from Senior Traders
• Execute real trading tasks from day one to build foundational industry skills
• Prepare for a formal end-of-program assessment to transition into a full-time trader role

Requirements

• A good degree in any discipline (Second Upper Honors or above preferred)
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• A genuine interest in commodity and financial markets
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within an international team environment
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
