Trader | Crypto

Responsibilities

• Execute trading strategies and monitor trading positions
• Work with clearing and operations teams to reconcile trades and position breaks
• Build and maintain the DevOps toolkit for production trading systems, including configuration, deployment, and monitoring
• Troubleshoot production trading issues and improve desk processes
• Own and take responsibility for team-wide projects beyond daily coverage
• Adapt to business priorities and support the team in a variety of ways

Requirements

• 3+ years of trading experience
• Proficiency in Python with the ability to write and understand scripts
• Familiarity with a Linux environment
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and predictable availability for a 4-day work week (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and understanding of various currencies and exchanges
• Experience or aptitude for quantitative trading efforts and exchange trading setups
