Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of suppliers and customers in the non-ferrous recycled and refined metals sector
• Identify national and international sourcing opportunities for non-ferrous metals
• Negotiate purchase and sale terms to optimize margins and long-term value
• Monitor and analyze global market trends, price indices, and supply/demand dynamics
• Manage end-to-end transactions including pricing, logistics coordination, risk management, and compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with scrap yards, smelters, brokers, and industrial users
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, finance, and compliance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in administration, economics, international business, or a related field
• B2B sales experience
• Ability to assess risk and understand P&L dynamics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is an asset
• Valid driver's license and valid passport
• Ability to travel domestically in Canada and internationally

• Exposure to international trade and logistics
• Knowledge of commodity markets and supply chain logistics
