Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of suppliers and customers for non-ferrous scrap and refined metals
• Source non-ferrous materials domestically and internationally
• Negotiate purchase and sale terms to maximize margins
• Identify sales opportunities and maintain trust-based business relationships
• Analyze global market trends, pricing indices, and supply-demand dynamics
• Execute trades end-to-end including pricing, logistics, and risk management
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, finance, and compliance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Trade or related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP)
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales with exposure to international trade and logistics
• Knowledge of commodity markets, pricing mechanisms, and supply chain logistics
• Ability to assess risk and understand P&L dynamics
