Trademark Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of the Trade Mark database
• Assist with due diligence reports and Trade Mark clearance searches
• Support fee earners on litigation matters
• Assist in managing anti-counterfeiting cases for major brands
• Offer support to fee earners and the team on complex matters

Requirements

• Paralegal experience
• Specific desire or experience to work in an IP/Trade Mark team
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Commercial awareness and business aptitude
• Professional internal and external client-facing skills
