Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark searches and assess clearance
- Prepare and prosecute trademark applications before the USPTO
- Manage TTAB proceedings, including oppositions and cancellations
- Draft and respond to cease-and-desist letters
- Advise on trademark use, policing, and brand protection strategies
- Handle copyright and domain name matters (UDRPs)
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing
- 3-6 years of experience in trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement
- U.S. trademark experience required
- Expertise in trademark searching databases and tools
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
