Trade & Working Capital Specialist Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by promoting the bank's Trade & Working Capital product and service offerings to various customer segments.
• Identify potential customers, analyze their needs, and create detailed profiles to tailor sales approaches and product recommendations.
• Act as a center of excellence for ECA and Structured Trade transactions in Europe, driving originators to identify opportunities.
• Structure and negotiate complex ECA-backed trade transactions, providing expert advice on pricing, risk papers, and documentation.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ECA-backed deals, including enhanced due diligence and specific system requirements.
• Liaise with key governmental departments and attend trade events to represent the bank and stay abreast of market developments.
• Collaborate on new product development initiatives relating to ECA-backed deals and Structured Trade solutions.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Trade Finance products, specifically the ECA and Structured Trade Finance proposition.
• Proven expertise in structuring ECA and Structured Trade Finance deals, including legal documentation and credit risk requirements.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage complex client and stakeholder relationships.
• Incisive analytical ability to resolve and minimize credit and legal risk issues.
• Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders in a professional banking environment.
• High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a commitment to producing high-quality outputs.
