Trade & Working Capital Origination

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute Trade & Working Capital (TWC) solutions, including guarantees, indemnities, open account, and ECA, for large international clients.
• Identify potential customers and analyze their needs, market trends, and competitor strategies to tailor sales approaches.
• Manage relationships with potential and existing customers to build trust and understand their financial goals.
• Develop compelling sales pitches and proposals to convert leads into customers and negotiate beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with Coverage and product partners to drive business development initiatives.
• Monitor lead conversion rates and customer acquisition metrics to assess and improve sales performance.
• Manage and mitigate risks in support of the bank's control and governance agenda.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Trade and Working Capital origination with large international clients.
• A track record of established client relationships.
• Strong background in Corporate Banking Coverage and/or Product.
• In-depth knowledge of Trade and Working Capital products, legal documentation, and working capital structures.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and success in new business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain Finance, including experience working with non-bank led partners.
• Sector exposure to Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of resilience and adaptability.
