Trade Support Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage trading platforms across multiple markets
• Support and maintain Linux environments to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with Development, Trading, and IT organizations to drive business initiatives
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to trading infrastructure
• Assist trade teams with onboarding new opportunities
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across the firm

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a trade support or system infrastructure role
• Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and Multicast protocols
• Proficiency in Bash and core Python
• Ability to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
