Trade Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for the firm’s equity options trading desks
• Manage trade capture for futures, equities, and index options
• Perform trade and position reconciliation with clearing houses and brokers
• Handle daily P&L calculation and substantiation
• Act as process owner for current functionality and advise on technology and workflow enhancements
• Interface with technology teams to improve trader tools and risk management systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in front office, middle office, back office, or risk management roles
• Working knowledge of equities and derivatives
• Experience with Python, Git, Linux, and Cron
• Proven ability to automate or improve workflows using Python
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Math, or a quantitative field
• Experience interacting with front office and senior management in active trading environments
