Trade Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the fixed income trading team
• Manage trade corrections, rejected trades, and time-sensitive trade requests
• Monitor regulatory reporting submissions to MSRB and TRACE
• Support new issue operations for structured products and capital markets
• Validate trading technology changes and assist with issue analysis
• Prepare data and documentation for audit requests
• Escalate issues appropriately to keep workflows moving accurately and on time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Active Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 120 days
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple business partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including OneNote
• Ability to prioritize time-sensitive workflows effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of fixed income markets
• Familiarity with Tradeweb, Bloomberg, TRACE, MSRB, and BETA Host
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
