Trade Support Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support trading activity from execution through settlement, clearing, and post-trade analysis for an Institutional Sales Trading desk
• Maintain operational activities related to equity, ETF, and options trading
• Manage high volumes of inquiries from traders, clients, and clearing firms to ensure prompt issue resolution
• Coordinate with technology teams to drive, test, and facilitate automation and process improvements
• Leverage Excel, VBA, SQL, and Python to improve reporting and resolve variances
• Liaise with KYC teams to facilitate seamless client account opening and onboarding
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve issues arising with desk trading activity

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in a trade support role
• Experience with Foreign and Domestic Equities, ETFs, and Equity derivatives
• Possession of SIE & Series 57 licenses, or the ability to obtain both within four months of hire
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Fixed Income products
• Proficiency with VBA, Access, Python, or SQL
• Experience with Euroclear, DTCC CTM, or Alert trading programs
