Trade Support | Execution Desk

Responsibilities

• Support the trading of Equity Options
• Compile and reconcile data from electronic and voice trades
• Blotter equity options trades and resolve erroneous or broken trades
• Assist with maintaining position accuracy, P&L reporting, and information exchange
• Act as a liaison between desk traders and external dealers, traders, or brokers
• Execute orders as requested by traders

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a support capacity, ideally on a trading desk or exchange floor
• Possession of both SIE and Series 57 licenses (candidates with at least one license and a willingness to obtain the other within 4 months will be considered)
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VBA and/or Python
