Trade Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage trading platforms across multiple markets
• Support and maintain Linux environments to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with Development, Trading, and IT teams to drive business initiatives
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to trading infrastructure
• Assist trade teams with onboarding new opportunities
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in a trade support role
• Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and Multicast protocols
• Intermediate Bash scripting and core Python ability
• Ability to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
