Trade Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with Development, Trading, and IT organizations to optimize trading operations and ensure system health
• Monitor and manage trading platforms across multiple markets
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to trading and infrastructure
• Provide world-class support to traders and assist with onboarding new opportunities
• Drive strategic projects focused on improving trading operations and supporting technology
• Utilize automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in a trade support role
• Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and Multicast protocols
• Intermediate proficiency in Bash and core Python
• Ability to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
