Trade Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive Non-Cleared Margin adherence and manage CSA change impacts to P&L and risk.
• Track remap negotiations and manage expected demand related to Non-Cleared Margin requirements.
• Oversee daily CSA-to-discount-curve and FCF translation activities across Lines of Business.
• Control CSA data changes through robust governance, curve override checks, and data quality controls.
• Analyze CSA changes to accurately capture P&L and risk impacts across businesses and asset classes.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Front Office, and Compliance teams to deliver risk-mitigating process enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Derivative Operations within a Middle Office or Back Office environment.
• Strong numerical, analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for global stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to perform deep-dive root-cause analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Non-Cleared Margin adherence and related operational controls and reporting.
• Knowledge of CSAs, CSA data governance, and discount curve/FCF mapping concepts.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-LOB metrics and process redesign initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
