Trade Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate trade input in Infinity and Murex systems and verify proper assignment of back office flags.
• Verify that all new deals, amendments, cancellations, and buyouts are authorized in accordance with bank policies.
• Monitor workflows between trading desks and the Operations Group to ensure smooth information flow.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase departmental efficiency.
• Troubleshoot system issues and assist with JIRA logging, business requirement documentation, and testing.
• Optimize and maintain departmental reconciliations to mitigate risk and improve processing efficiency.

Requirements

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to handle high volumes.
• Ability to work effectively and reliably under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Relevant industry experience with an emphasis on Interest Rate Derivatives products and market practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Fixed Income Derivatives products and ISDA terminology.
• Strong understanding of risk concepts and risk management practices.
• Familiarity with systems such as Murex, Infinity, Swaps Wire/Markit Wire, Bloomberg, or TradeWeb.
