Trade Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade checking and reconciliation processes, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Back Office, and Payments teams to meet daily settlement deadlines and currency cut-offs.
• Oversee post-trade activities including Options processing, expiries, margin monitoring, and client trade administration.
• Ensure data accuracy across various trading platforms used by the front office.
• Work with dealers and clients to trade positions, send contract notes, and confirm beneficiary details.
• Investigate and resolve trade-related errors or problems for both front and back office teams.
• Monitor margin calls and client positions to ensure operational stability.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an Analyst role.
• Background in the Foreign Exchange (FX) industry.
• Direct experience working with OTC and FX products.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Madrid five days per week.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Italian language skills are considered a strong advantage.
