Trade Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade checking and reconciliation processes, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Back Office, and Payments teams to meet daily settlement deadlines and currency cut-offs.
• Oversee post-trade activities including Options processing, expiries, margin monitoring, and client trade administration.
• Perform forward-looking and retrospective trade checks to support effective back-office reconciliation.
• Work with dealers to trade client positions, send contract notes, and confirm beneficiary details.
• Investigate and resolve trade-related errors and monitor margin calls and client positions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an Analyst role.
• Proven experience with OTC and FX products within the Foreign Exchange industry.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English; Italian language skills are a strong advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Madrid five days per week.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
