Trade Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support trade orders accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless flow to back-office systems
• Utilize knowledge of market products to optimize the trading platform
• Apply automation technologies to support trade processing, including settlements, P&L, and confirmations
• Participate in change management initiatives to minimize operational disruption
• Identify process inefficiencies through data analysis and propose continuous improvement solutions

Requirements

• Baseline expertise in trading services, specifically order execution and trade settlement
• Demonstrated ability to apply automation technologies within a trading environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and strong tech literacy
• Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on building productive internal relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and the end-to-end trading process
• Previous experience in finance industry operations roles, including risk monitoring or trade processing
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, and conflict management abilities
• Innovative mindset with effective presentation and negotiation skills
