Trade Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review and validate maintenance estimates above standard limits
• Lead training and provide context on complex maintenance scopes
• Serve as a liaison to vendors regarding scope and pricing
• Support the R&M team by processing onsite increase requests
• Review quality of work to assist with escalations
• Assist in projects regarding price books and standardization
• Review invoice submissions for accuracy and completion

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in residential maintenance, construction, home insurance, or estimating
• Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating pricing structures
• Excellent planning, organization, and delivery skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Tech-savvy
