Trade Services Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations staff in the delivery of international trade services, products, and systems
• Implement processes to maximize operational efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
• Establish technological and staffing requirements necessary to deliver products
• Monitor workflows and productivity to ensure service level agreements for delivery and quality are met
• Manage the allocation of people and financial resources for Trade Services
• Lead, mentor, and guide the talent development of direct reports
• Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels of the organization

Requirements

• 4+ years of Trade Services experience
• 1+ years of leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of exposure to BSA/AML, Sanctions, and Anti-boycott policies and procedures
• Strong interpersonal leadership skills with the ability to manage escalations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear risk escalations
• Ability to lead team adherence to risk-related procedures and performance KPIs
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or ACAMS Trade-Based Money Laundering Certificate
