Trade Service Professional

Responsibilities

• Service Financial Institutions and Corporate clients via email, phone, and Zoom
• Apply knowledge of Citi's Trade-related policies and Trade Accounting Principles to actual transactions
• Analyze presented transactions to ensure feasibility and adherence to sound banking practices
• Differentiate between legal and commercial documentation, including shipping documents and credit agreements
• Navigate various application and system infrastructures to manage internal and external dependencies

Requirements

• Experience in client service (preferred)
• Good command of English in both speech and writing
• Strong analytical skills with an investigative mindset and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
• Readiness to work during public holidays
