Trade & Processing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process clearing and settlement for Exchange and OTC products, as well as Equity Capital Market projects
• Perform control processes including reconciliation and the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Manage queries from both internal and external clients with a strong focus on client service
• Ensure all daily processing complies with local rules, regulations, and internal UBS policies
• Participate in business initiatives and projects to develop effective control standards and operational workflows
• Identify and raise system enhancement requirements and participate in testing processes

Requirements

• University degree
• 3+ years of working experience in a similar position
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
• Deep knowledge of the China Local securities industry and local clearing settlement rules
• Familiarity with Exchange and OTC market rules
• Strong understanding of CSRC, Exchange, CSDCC, CSFC, and SIPF regulatory requirements
• Strong sense of operational risk control and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a Security and Fund Qualification Certificate
