Trade Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review daily cash and position reconciliations across multiple accounts and counterparties
• Provide trade support, including trade booking, symbol setup, and maintenance
• Maintain and enhance security master data and operational reference data
• Resolve inquiries related to trade breaks, settlement issues, and P&L questions
• Assist in managing relationships with fund administrators and prime brokers
• Support regulatory filings including 13G/D, Section 16, Form PF, and 13F
• Manage treasury functions including cash forecasting and wire processing
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage AI tools for automation

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in trade support or operations at an alternative asset manager or hedge fund
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
• Knowledge of Eze OMS and Enfusion PMS preferred
• Bloomberg experience preferred
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Boston office
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
