Trade Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational activities while meeting quality and productivity expectations
• Review, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues
• Maintain process documentation, trackers, and supporting records
• Participate in customer and internal meetings to provide status updates
• Perform quality reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with onboarding new customers and implementing new processes
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, customer support, finance, healthcare, or supply chain
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, sorting, filtering)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
