Trade Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing plans into effective Trade Marketing campaigns for the Off Premise team
• Develop Trade Marketing priorities through alignment with channel managers and key accounts
• Manage the Trade Marketing budget to deliver cost-effective programs
• Oversee the creative development process for POS based on global guidelines
• Manage retail media relationships and spend, including partners like Cartology and Precision Media
• Conduct regular field briefings and provide training to the field team on best practices
• Perform post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and drive actionable insights
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support business goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing
• Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and sales processes
• Proven project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint with the ability to visualize concepts
• Proficiency in MS Excel with strong data analysis skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%
