Trade Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the campaign calendar and category activations in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams
• Develop Point of Sale (POS) materials and ensure correct implementation in the field
• Coordinate incentive programs and training for sales teams and promoters
• Monitor sell-out performance and key area indicators, proposing action plans to accelerate results
• Work with agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials
• Act as the link between strategy and execution to ensure brand visibility at key retail points

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
• Previous experience in Trade Marketing or related areas (Marketing, Sales, or Commercial)
• Experience with POS campaign execution, promotional material management, and brand activations
• Knowledge of retail channels, including large networks and specialized technology channels
• Analytical skills for interpreting market data (GfK, Nielsen, sell-out, etc.)
• Experience with TV, Audio, or consumer electronics categories is a plus
