Trade Marketing Specialist Junior EU Accounts

Responsibilities

• Deploy retail and digital activations for key European accounts across Sportstyle (e.g., Foot Locker, JD) and Performance (e.g., Decathlon) sectors.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of retail campaigns, including window displays, POS materials, and digital screens.
• Support logistics for EMEA seeding, including package preparation and shipment tracking.
• Assist in coordinating creative content such as photoshoots, influencer engagements, and product seeding.
• Help create and update activation toolboxes, including visual guidelines and storytelling assets.
• Monitor in-store visibility, digital product pages, and brand pages for performance accounts.
• Collect feedback and KPIs from local country teams to measure campaign consistency and performance.
• Conduct market research on sportstyle and sneaker culture trends.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Fluent in English for international collaboration.
• Minimum B2 level in French.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong interest in retail, sportstyle, and 360° marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, sales, events, or marketing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
