Trade Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct brand strategy execution at the point of sale to maximize rotation, visibility, and profitability in the retail channel.
• Design and implement POS strategies per client/chain, including planograms, additional displays, endcaps, POP material, and promotions.
• Connect marketing plans with channel and shopper needs to translate sell-in objectives into real sell-out.
• Monitor sell-out data and the ROI of promotional activities.
• Manage and optimize the commercial/trade investment budget, justifying spend against sales increases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Key Account Management (KAM) within consumer goods.
• Proven experience working with retail channels such as supermarkets and department stores.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SAP is highly desirable.
• Experience managing POP material, displays, promotional mechanics, and activations.
• Completed degree in Marketing, Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Availability for national travel.
