Trade Marketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret market data and trends
• Conduct constant field supervision through scheduled client visits
• Monitor and follow up on key commercial indicators
• Manage commercial relationships with regional and national accounts through negotiation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional business partners
• Support brand activations and event negotiations in the assigned zone
• Ensure effective communication and training for the sales force
• Promote collaborative management with leaders, sales force, and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG in Commercial or Marketing roles
• Valid driver's license (must be able to drive manual transmission)
• Advanced English proficiency (B2, C1, or C2)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of modern trade (convenience, self-service) and On Premise (HORECA) channels
