Trade Marketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of Trade Marketing initiatives at the point of sale, including planograms, POP materials, and visibility strategies
• Monitor commercial KPIs including Volume, Share of Market, coverage reports, and gaps
• Conduct field supervision to obtain category inputs for regional micromarketing plans in the convenience channel
• Generate performance presentations and dashboards for the Convenience channel, transforming data into actionable insights
• Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with Key Accounts and regional convenience chains
• Lead business reviews, portfolio optimization, and the introduction of new launches
• Plan and execute corporate events to drive awareness of the strategic portfolio and NPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency (indispensable)
• Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of Nielsen
• Desirable knowledge of the convenience channel
• Analytical capacity and results orientation
• Strong negotiation, communication, and influence skills
