Trade Marketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory to deliver volume and market share targets across all product categories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Leverage digital tools and commercial insights to train retailers and communicate brand value
• Generate market demand by ensuring adequate inventory levels, effective merchandising, and competitive pricing
• Monitor contract compliance and reduce out-of-stock (OOS) occurrences
• Collaborate on special provincial and national projects with the Territory Manager team
• Drive performance and brand presence within a highly regulated market

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a marketing-focused role
• Previous experience working within an FMCG or global organization
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Valid driver's license
• Strong selling, negotiation, and account management capabilities
• Ability to interpret commercial data and use digital tools to identify business opportunities
