About the role
Responsibilities
- Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high-revenue activities
- Support the formulation and monitoring of customer plans
- Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation
- Provide customer, channel, and trade expertise for new product launches
- Validate Launch Support Fees, track performance, and complete reconciliations
- Prepare tailor-made customer solutions and events in cooperation with the Customer Activation team
- Evaluate activity execution against plans and implement learnings into future activations
