About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies and plans for key brands and initiatives, including launches and seasonal campaigns, specifically for the Wholesaler channel.
- Create and execute in-store media plans for major clients.
- Develop catalogs and priority guides for the sales force to ensure effective execution.
- Analyze, propose, and monitor innovation cataloging by channel to achieve "Perfect Catalogs."
- Maintain continuous contact with the sales force to ensure commercial plans are executed correctly at the Point of Sale.
- Generate actionable insights by tracking and reporting on results from point-of-sale projects.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in trade marketing, marketing, sales, or category management roles.
- Extensive knowledge of brand and consumer studies.
- Proficiency with Nielsen market share data.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
