Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the Trade transformation agenda and retailer engagement to deliver company targets through strong trade initiatives
• Manage the contracted universe to deliver Share of Voice KPIs and optimize retailer payment models
• Drive product placement and visibility for new category products, including strategy for in-store furniture and POSM execution
• Establish and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure smooth plan delivery and target achievement
• Oversee the rollout of cycle plan activities, managing material distribution and monitoring quality and delivery
• Generate sales insights through system reports to support strategic trade business decisions
• Manage a team of promoters to drive consumer acquisition, trials, and sales KPIs
• Ensure all activities are delivered within budget while driving efficiencies across Business Development and Sales projects
• Comply with all regulations regarding environmental protection, health and safety, and internal sustainability standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
• University or higher education degree
• Fluency in both Greek and English
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with SAP and Purchase Order (PO) processes
• Strong ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative team player attitude
