About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly sales reports
- Manage inventory registration and tracking
- Perform area estimations and forecasting
- Execute portfolio recovery and collection processes
- Present and analyze market share data
- Monitor internal performance indicators
- Prepare monthly departmental reports
Requirements
- Currently studying a degree in Administration, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Projected graduation date of July 2027 or later
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong interest in administrative and operational processes
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Sales-oriented professional profile
- Availability to work 30 hours per week in Guadalajara, Mexico
