Trade Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of Trade Marketing initiatives at the point of sale, including planograms, POP materials, and visibility strategies.
• Monitor commercial KPIs such as volume, market share, coverage, and point-of-sale implementation.
• Generate performance presentations and result dashboards to identify insights and drive tactical plans.
• Conduct field supervision to gather category inputs and develop regional micro-marketing plans for strategic channels.
• Develop commercial plans and manage relationships with key business partners and regional chains to maximize portfolio results.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, FMCG, Account Management, or similar retail channels.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to deliver executive presentations.
