About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of localized Category Growth Strategies by translating shopper, customer, and market insights into actionable plans.
- Drive customer engagement and joint business planning, acting as the primary voice of the shopper and category.
- Own category growth management, including assortment optimization, space planning, and the deployment of NRM levers.
- Deliver commercial plans by managing budgets across channels and customers and leading quarterly business reviews.
- Oversee end-to-end innovation planning and execution to ensure effective market launches.
- Manage pricing, promotion, and mix strategies, including forecasting and performance reviews.
- Drive performance tracking through analytics, KPI monitoring, and opportunity identification.
- Lead the simplification and strengthening of business processes such as S&OP and CSP.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales or Trade Marketing.
- Proven track record in driving category growth and commercial planning.
- Strong commercial acumen across pricing, promotion, assortment, and space planning.
- Experience driving Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and end-to-end commercial execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing, inclusive teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the Thailand retail landscape.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to connect strategy to execution.
