Trade Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute trade marketing plans and campaigns to drive sales and promote brands in the Morocco market
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Customer Marketing strategies
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to maintain productive stakeholder relationships
• Plan and oversee the execution of regional events and promotions to raise brand profile
• Manage the trade budget, including cost control and processing of event-specific documentation
• Manage and update POS databases and oversee marketing store stock control
• Leverage sell-out data and market intelligence to generate actionable business insights
• Support new product launches and monitor A&P investments for maximum efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Management
• 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector
• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong capabilities in Excel
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends when necessary for events
• Based in Casablanca

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a multinational environment or a large-scale organization
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
