Trade Marketing and Communications Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a three-person team of experts to drive retail strategy.
• Plan and execute key activities from the Commercial Calendar, ensuring seamless end-to-end campaign delivery.
• Manage communications for various products and categories, including premium fuels, gastro offerings, and seasonal brand messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Offer, Sales & Operations) and external agencies to create and execute impactful campaigns.
• Develop engaging materials for both online and offline channels to support business goals.
• Monitor campaign results, evaluate success, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Manage the marketing budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
• Share best practices with international colleagues and contribute new ideas to the group.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing or marketing communications.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Background in retail or FMCG environments.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
