About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial relationships with local distributors in the Guangzhou territory to deliver key performance targets.
- Ensure company commercial strategies and policies are thoroughly implemented within the assigned territory.
- Work closely with distributors to ensure consistent product supply to downstream customers.
- Manage distributor payments (DSO) and ensure all transactions are completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor distributor sales flow data and coordinate with third parties to implement necessary stocktaking.
- Mobilize distributor resources to support business priorities, including hospital listing and market access activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand distributor needs and coordinate implementation efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a major in Pharmacy or a medical-related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven analytical thinking and business planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and basic speaking/listening skills).
- Customer service orientation with a persistent and positive mindset.
