Trade & Logistics Specialist, US

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics operators in California and Pennsylvania.
• Coordinate warehousing, order preparation, outbound shipments, and local transportation.
• Monitor critical orders and resolve operational issues such as shortages, delays, or carrier incidents.
• Manage and follow up on import/export documentation for the US market.
• Coordinate with the HQ Supply team regarding international inbounds into the US.
• Track transportation flows and ensure compliance with SLAs and operational KPIs (OTIF, lead times).
• Maintain internal dashboards and prepare periodic reports on US logistics performance.
• Propose and implement process improvements to increase speed and reliability.

Requirements

• Background in international business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in international logistics with hands-on US distribution experience.
• Direct experience working with US-based warehouses, logistics operators, and carriers.
• Practical knowledge of US foreign trade regulations and incoterms.
• Experience working with WMS / TMS and managing operational data.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar analytical tools.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Availability for occasional travel to the US.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple warehouse locations simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of parcel vs. LTL dynamics in the US market.
• Experience working across time zones with distributed global teams.
