About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for logistics operators in California and Pennsylvania.
- Coordinate warehousing, order preparation, outbound shipments, and local transportation.
- Monitor critical orders and resolve operational issues such as shortages, delays, or carrier incidents.
- Manage and follow up on import/export documentation for the US market.
- Coordinate with the HQ Supply team regarding international inbounds into the US.
- Track transportation flows and ensure compliance with SLAs and operational KPIs (OTIF, lead times).
- Maintain internal dashboards and prepare periodic reports on US logistics performance.
- Propose and implement process improvements to increase speed and reliability.
Requirements
- Background in international business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- 2–3+ years of experience in international logistics with hands-on US distribution experience.
- Direct experience working with US-based warehouses, logistics operators, and carriers.
- Practical knowledge of US foreign trade regulations and incoterms.
- Experience working with WMS / TMS and managing operational data.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar analytical tools.
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Availability for occasional travel to the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple warehouse locations simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of parcel vs. LTL dynamics in the US market.
- Experience working across time zones with distributed global teams.
