Trade Lifecycle Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure all payment transactions, including high-value, low-value, and cheque processing, are completed accurately and in full
• Coordinate with regional support teams to facilitate processing requests
• Investigate and resolve queries and cases related to daily operations
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and internal control guidelines
• Partner closely with Sales, Bankers, and Client Services Representatives
• Develop intelligent automation solutions to improve team processes
• Perform administrative tasks including the preparation and verification of internal and external documents

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional work experience
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• Mandatory fluency in both written and spoken Thai and English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC skills
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively under time pressure
• Strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated expertise in issue resolution
