About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all payment transactions, including high-value, low-value, and cheque processing, are completed accurately and in full
- Coordinate with regional support teams to facilitate processing requests
- Investigate and resolve queries and cases related to daily operations
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and internal control guidelines
- Partner closely with Sales, Bankers, and Client Services Representatives
- Develop intelligent automation solutions to improve team processes
- Perform administrative tasks including the preparation and verification of internal and external documents
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional work experience
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Mandatory fluency in both written and spoken Thai and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC skills
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated expertise in issue resolution
