Trade Director

Responsibilities

• Manage national channels and distributor networks for the GB business, including ethical and retail sectors.
• Optimize distributor networks for drugs, FSMP, and healthcare products across hospital pharmacies and drugstores.
• Oversee distributor operations including supply, ordering, DSO, inventory, forecasting, and sales data analysis.
• Develop and execute national and provincial bidding strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Standardize internal bidding processes and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, GA, MA, and RA teams.
• Drive market access and listing synergy by analyzing government policies regarding reimbursement, pricing, and competitor strategies.
• Manage price structures and discount compensation management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical and retail commercial management experience.
• Proven experience within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Strong analytical rigor, financial acumen, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the FMCG industry.
• Previous experience in direct sales roles.
• MBA or EMBA degree.
