Trade Desk Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily system checks, audit log reviews, and monitoring of production and disaster recovery environments.
• Provide first-level customer support regarding platform behavior, order processing, and market structure.
• Support exchange platform operations including order cancel requests, clearing support, and client onboarding.
• Use SQL and UNIX shell tools to query databases and examine log files for data gathering and reporting.
• Update internal technical procedures and operational documentation within Confluence.
• Participate in weekend industry testing as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Financial Services, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience (internships or academic projects in finance/tech are a plus).
• FINRA SIE and Series 57 licenses, or the ability to obtain them within the first 8 months of employment.
• Basic familiarity with SQL or UNIX shell environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow documented procedures with high attention to detail.
