Trade Desk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients to support Sales and Business Development teams
• Maintain positive client relationships by assisting with ongoing inquiries and requests
• Assist with trade reconciliation and the generation of client-specific reports
• Provide real-time technical support for various software applications to meet client needs
• Gain deep familiarity with DASH products and the web-based portal 360
• Develop insight into micro and macro market structures for US Equities and Options

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to obtain SIE and Series 7 licenses within 6 months of hire (sponsorship provided)
• Strong project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong research, organizational, and independent learning capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
• 0-3 years of professional experience
