About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle complex cases, escalations, and non-standard certification scenarios
- Process certification files in line with Business Rules and Country Instructions
- Accurately encode and review data in relevant systems based on trade documents
- Ensure all certificates and registrations comply with contract requirements
- Coordinate client requests and provide timely, professional responses
- Facilitate trade through timely issuance of Certificates of Conformity
- Ensure accurate data entry for fees, invoice numbers, and job numbers
- Support timely collection of client payments
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, archiving, and invoicing records
Requirements
- Graduate degree or equivalent technical qualification in IT, Science, Commerce or a related field
- Decisive, assertive, and results-oriented mindset
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Strong knowledge of IT tools and excellent computer proficiency
- Fluency in English
