About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex cases, escalations, and non-standard certification scenarios
  • Process certification files in line with Business Rules and Country Instructions
  • Accurately encode and review data in relevant systems based on trade documents
  • Ensure all certificates and registrations comply with contract requirements
  • Coordinate client requests and provide timely, professional responses
  • Facilitate trade through timely issuance of Certificates of Conformity
  • Ensure accurate data entry for fees, invoice numbers, and job numbers
  • Support timely collection of client payments
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing, archiving, and invoicing records

Requirements

  • Graduate degree or equivalent technical qualification in IT, Science, Commerce or a related field
  • Decisive, assertive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Good communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong knowledge of IT tools and excellent computer proficiency
  • Fluency in English
